3. Pricing and Payment Terms

- Hourly Rate: Our standard rate is $150 per hour.

- Minimum Commitment: A minimum of ten (10) hours is required for all coaching engagements.

- Special Group Rates: For group sessions or corporate training, please contact us directly for customized rates.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

6. Responsibilities and Expectations

- Client Responsibilities: Clients are expected to actively participate in sessions, complete any assigned tasks, and communicate openly with their coach.

- Coach Responsibilities: Coaches will provide guidance, support, and feedback based on their expertise. They will maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the coaching relationship.

7. Liability

- Disclaimer of Guarantees: While we aim to help clients achieve their goals, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Success depends on various factors, including the client's commitment and effort.

- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, John Hensley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

- Termination by Client: Clients may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. Refunds for unused hours will be provided on a prorated basis.

- Termination by Coach: Coaches reserve the right to terminate the coaching relationship if it is deemed that the client is not benefiting from the services. In such cases, refunds for unused hours will be provided.

9. Amendments

- Changes to Terms: John Hensley Coaching reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
