I am a lifelong volunteer, and coach who has spent my business career in the upstream oil and gas industry, developing new products, marketing and developed methods to create reporting metrics promoting solutions in an industry with many ups and downs.
I have been effective in forming appropriate teams, defining success and then managing by example. I have to give a clear picture of progress, strengths and opportunities
